I love making a simple salmon recipe with natural ingredients. I rarely use butter on my salmon recipes since it’s already fatty and releases plenty of it’s own oil.
Many years ago, my grandmother taught me this recipe. She was making it for our uncle who was on a major health kick at the time. Luckily, I happened to be there that night to reap the benefits 🙂
The marinade is simply fresh parsley, fresh cilantro, lime and olive oil. I coarsely chop up the herbs and pour everything into a mini chopper, blend the mixture and pour it over the salmon. Stick it int he oven and bake!
The cilantro gives the salmon a nice tangy flavor! It’s ready in about 15-20 minutes and all natural, fresh ingredients! Tastes great over white rice.
Here’s the recipe!
