Pork chops is one of those proteins that pretty much anybody can drool over. I remember my mom making pork chops in so many different ways growing up and they were always a hit! And ready so quickly!
It takes about 20 minutes to simmer the pork chops so while they’re simmering, you can set some rice or noodles o cook!
As you can see from the photos, there is plenty of sauce to go around. The cream of mushroom soup plus the juice that the pork chops give off are a recipe for a delicious gravy! To add even more mushroom (I love mushrooms) I like to add a pack of fresh mushrooms.
You can easily substitute the bone-in pork chops for boneless pork loin as well.
